Josh Hayward is a 30 year veteran of  startup, growth and transition stages businesses. As he learned in his early studies the journey often looks like an S where the bottom and top tails are pulled out long and flat.  This concept was main streamed by Richard Foster in his 1984 Book, Innovation: The Attacker's Advantage.  Known as the Technical S-Curve, all products essentially live by the requirement to invest large amounts of money early on with little revenue growth, they then experience rapid growth in revenue with little spending, and then at some point revenue flattens and more must be spent in order to maintain revenues.  Josh's passion for the study of this curve and its real-life implementation is at the heart of his work as a hired commercialization expert or in endeavors where he takes a deeper role.  His work will be sincere and rigidly focused on achieving growth regardless of position in the life cycle.
